Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lynnluxe.us with photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a refund or replacement if the issue is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Handmade items, final sale items, and items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
